Due to the overwhelming number of applicaitons, the Department of Physical Therapy and Health Sciences is no longer accepting new applications for the Doctor of Physical Therapy class that starts in June 2009. If you are interested in applying for the DPT class that starts in June 2010, please check this website early next summer for updated application instructions and forms. At this time the Bradley University Doctor of Physical Therapy program is NOT part of the PTCAS (Physical Therapy Centralized Admission System). To apply you must follow the directions at this web site. You can find all the forms needed to apply by clicking the “Admissions” tab at the left. All forms will be submitted directly to the Department of Physical Therapy at Bradley University.
