Students selected for internships at 2012 Chicago Auto Show

Peoria, IL (December 21, 2011) Ten Bradley University students have been selected as interns at the internationally known Chicago Auto Show to be held at McCormick Place in February.
Students went through a rigorous application process that began in early November with cover letters and resumes submitted to executives at the Chicago Automobile Trade Association. Twenty students were granted on-campus interviews with three CATA executives.
The students will be given a variety of assignments including staffing the media center and issuing credentials, contacting media regarding news conferences, covering live news conferences from the show floor, providing content for the show website, writing news releases and media advisories, creating/editing video content, and generating material for social media consumption.

This is the 10th year that Bradley students from the Department of Communication have been selected to intern at the Chicago Auto Show.
