Final Concert in MSCS will feature Ed and Janet Kaizer

Peoria, IL (April 19, 2012) Pianists Edward and Janet Kaizer will present the final concert in the Bradley University Music Scholarship Concert Series on Sunday, April 29, at 3 p.m. in Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker Avenue.

The Kaizer’s “Classics to Jazz” program will feature the music of Chopin, Debussy, Ravel, Bartok, and Gershwin, and the chamber music of Brahms and Haydn (piano trios).  Guest artists are Joseph Kaizer, cellist, and Ester Kim, violinist.

The second part of the program will include ragtime/stride bass, boogie-woogie, and various selections in jazz stylings. This part of the program will feature Lynn Kaizer, vocalist, Ed Kaizer Jr., bassist, and drummer Matt Warren.
