Jazz Combos Concert

The Bradley University Jazz Combo, under the direction of Dr. Todd Kelly, will present a concert on Thursday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m. in the Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker Avenue. Admission is $5 for adults and free for students.

The program will include music for small jazz group in a variety of styles. Combo members are Andrew Durham on tenor saxophone, Amanee Avery on alto saxophone, Jacob Berendzen on piano, Andrew Greiner on bass, and Mateusz Koszarek on drums.

The Bradley Jazz Ensemble has performed with such jazz artists as Mike Vax, Mike Lee, Matt Wilson, Byron Stripling, Chris Vadala, the Jeff Hamilton Trio, Wayne Bergeron, Denis DiBlasio, Michael Davis, and Allen Vizzutti. Last summer, they performed for ten days in Italy. In February, they hosted the Ninth Annual Bradley University Jazz Festival with guest artist Mark Colby.
