Mission & Vision

Mission

The Center for Collaborative Brain Research (CCBR) is dedicated to collaborative, cutting edge research in the areas of brain research, neural feedback and brain imaging. The CCBR establishes, promotes and supports the brain research between the Illinois Neurological Institute (INI), Department of Radiology at Saint Francis Medical Center (SFMC-Radiology), Department of Radiology at University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, (UICOMP-Radiology) and Bradley University’s College of Education and Health Sciences (BU-EHS), the Psychology Department (PSY) and Engineering Department (EGT).  The Center will consider other partners as our mission progresses. 

Vision

The CCBR enables the above named collaborators to become regional, national and global leaders in brain research. This center combines  the visions of the committed entities by creating an integrated community of academic researchers and clinical caregivers pursuing excellence in education, advancement of brain research knowledge, health care quality, safety, service, financial integrity and outcome based treatments.
