Kim Willis is the Interim Director for the Office of Teaching Excellence and Faculty Development (OTEFD). She began her career at Bradley in February 1998, previously serving in the Information Resources and Technology department for six years and then advancing to OTEFD with her interests in collaboration in research and creative activities and working more closely with faculty and students. She is responsible for conducting activities to assist faculty with developing, coordinating, and administering internal grant funding programs. Kim also organizes and facilitates faculty development programs and services that offer professional development opportunities that enhance the quality of learning. She received her B.A. degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she received an athletic scholarship to play softball for the Wolverines. She received her M.A. degree in English from Bradley University. She and her husband, Enrico, have one daughter, Izadora.
