Liz Pollack is a Masters Prepared Psychologist, and a Certified Executive and Personal Life Coach. Over the last 26 years, Liz has developed an expertise in assisting organizations in improving leadership and employee success in both motivation and productivity. As a management consultant, trainer, and executive coach, she has been actively involved in helping companies create dynamic environments where employees can work together to accomplish common goals. Liz also has an expertise in employee development which involves career pathing and succession planning. In addition, Liz is dedicated to helping individuals create exciting goal plans to turn their dreams into reality.
Liz is a member of the International Coaching Federation, an associate member of the American Psychological Association, a member of the American Counseling Association and an active member of the Association for Specialists in Group Work. Liz holds membership the Society for Human Resource Development and in the National American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and in the past has served as Program Chair and President of the Heart of Illinois Chapter of ASTD.
Liz also presents at many retreats and conferences locally and nationally and is passionate about helping others by offering a “leg up” for success.
