10/10 - Grant Skills 1
- This is a workshop for beginners interested in pursuing federal and foundational grants. No previous experience is necessary. - The discussion will be on CAREER grants, which are part of an NSF program that focuses on “junior faculty who exemplify the role of teacher-scholars through outstanding research, excellent education and the integration of education and research within the context of the mission of their organizations.” We will be offering tips, advice, and other grant writing strategies related to CAREER grants. 11/14 - Grant Skills 2: Necessary elements of every federal grant proposal
If you want to write a federal grant, but aren't quite sure what elements might need to go into that grant for it to be reviewed, this is the workshop for you. We will be focusing on elements common to all federal grant proposals, and will tips, advice, and other strategies to demystify the most common parts of federal grants. 2012 Student Scholarship Exposition
April 18-19, 2012
Renaissance Coliseum
Bradley undergraduate and graduate students in all disciplines engaged in research, creative activities, or other forms of scholarship are eligible to participate. Students must be directly and substantively involved in different aspects of the scholarly activity, particularly in the conception and execution. The activity must also have direct supervision or involvement from at least one faculty mentor.
REGISTRATION:
Registration for the 2012 Expo will open in January. All participants must submit an abstract and registration form by March 30, 2012. Please check back for more details....
