On December 3, 2003, Governor Rod Blagojevich announced that Bradley University would be receiving a grant for $198,000 as part of the State's new Center for Entrepreneurship network program. This program is part of the Governor's " Opportunity Returns , " A statewide economic development initiative to support regional efforts to create more jobs.
