A national conference that networks business executives, policymakers, and scholars, ICAT is intended to build business alliances, align and leverage new partnerships, help secure new funding sources, and turn risk into opportunity.
Offered through the Executive Development Center in the Foster College of Business, this course will prepare students to take the Execution and Control of Operations APICS exam; 1 of 5 exams needed to become certified by APICS with a Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM) designation. This course will focus on prioritizing and sequencing work, executing work plans and implementing controls, reporting activity results, and providing feedback on performance. The course explains techniques for scheduling and controlling production processes, the execution of quality initiatives and continuous improvement plans, and the control and handling of inventories.

The Center for Professional Excellence in the Foster College of Business Administration exists to improve individual, team and organizational performance by developing professional skills in business and leadership. It offers non-credit professional development opportunities through public programs, customized corporate education, and professional coaching and assessment services.
