International Mathematical Finance Conference
Save the Date! March 19 - 21, 2014
You're viewing the content for the 2013 International Mathematical Finance Conference (IMFC), but check back as we begin planning for 2014!
Plan to attend this conference to keep pace with the rapid developments in the theory, application, and practice of mathematical finance, financial engineering, computational finance, and quantitative finance.
Our keynote speaker is Chris Barnett, Distinguished Research Fellow, Imperial College, London, whose topic will be "Pricing Barrier Options with Random Time and Malliavin Calculus."
Also joining us will be Mark Holder, Director of Product Development & Research, Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange. Mark will be the guest speaker at the Robert T. Stevenson Jr./PNC luncheon.
The preliminary conference agenda will address these critical areas:
- The theory and application of mathematical finance
- The understanding between academics and practitioners of mathematical finance
- The application of mathematics, numerical methods, and statistics to financial issues
The conference will include presentations by experts from both academia and industry on subjects relevant to existing and developing models and solutions. Presentations will feature peer-reviewed papers with question-and-answer sessions. Further, we anticipate that working sessions will also be developed.
