OLLI Lecture

Globalization: How Investors Can Creatively Participate

Globalization is our current reality.  Jim Owens will discuss how the world economy has changed over the last decade or two and how the U.S. economy is positioned to compete. Is U.S. economic policy helping our companies compete on the global stage?  What policy changes are desirable?  Where are the global growth opportunities? Will economic problems in the rest of the world continue to adversely impact the U.S. economy and markets?  How should we approach investing in this globalized world? While no one has all the answers, this thought process does make for a stimulating discussion.
