You may have heard about the Community Foundation of Central Illinois – after all, it’s been around for more than 20 years – but you may not know all that it does or how you can be involved.  Foundation CEO Mark Roberts will give an overview of the Foundation, including its history, grant making processes, and its mission to positively impact the quality of life throughout central Illinois by “Connecting People Who Care with Causes That Matter”.

Mark Roberts was named CEO of the Community Foundation in May 2008. His previous experience includes service as Director of Advancement and Community Relations for the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, Chief Development Officer for Lutheran Hillside Village Foundation, and Director of Development at Bradley University. Mark earned a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and an M.A. in Human Service Administration from Bradley University. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), a professional designation held by fewer than 5500 people worldwide.


Though there is no cost to attend this lecture, registration is required.  Attorneys may register to receive 3.5 MCLE credits for a fee of $10 per person.
