Strategies for Pursuing Your Retirement Paycheck
In the past, many retirees were able to live on a combination of pensions plus whatever income their portfolios delivered. Join members of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Bradley University (OLLI) and members of the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) as Christine Benz shares the key ingredients for a retiree portfolio today. Christine will discuss the need for a focus on total return, not just income; a sustainable withdrawal rate; a measure of inflation protection, and more. She’ll discuss the “bucket” approach to managing a retirement portfolio, and will share two model retiree portfolios.
