Private Piano Lessons Students will be allowed one make-up session each semester whether the lessons are missed because of illness, family travel, or other conflicting activities. Makeup lessons will be scheduled at the end of the term.
Semi-Private Guitar Lessons Students will be allowed two make-up sessions each semester whether the lessons are missed because of illness, family travel, or other conflicting activities. Makeup lessons will be scheduled at the end of the term.
Due to Bradley University Closure or Instructor Illness*
Private Piano Lessons If Bradley University closes because of inclement weather or other circumstances, or if your music teacher is ill, you will receive a free make-up lesson. These make-up lessons will not count toward the limit of one per term, but the teachers may schedule the make-ups at the end of the term.
Semi-Private Guitar Lessons If your instructor is ill or if Bradley University closes due to inclement weather or other circumstances, you will receive one free group makeup lesson at the end of the semester. No individual makeup lessons will be offered.

Notifying Your Instructor of a Missed Lesson
In case of illness, please notify your instructor as soon as possible.
If you know you will miss a music lesson because of a conflicting activity, please notify the instructor by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours ahead of time.

If your child must discontinue lessons, we will prorate a refund based on the number of remaining lessons.
From 8 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., parking permits are required for all blue or white-lined parking spaces at Bradley. After 6:00 p.m., campus parking is open.
Parking is available during the day in the Visitor’s Center Parking Lot, which is at the corner of Duryea and St. James. The cost to park is 25 cents each time you enter or leave the lot. The parking gate accepts quarters.
