Complete and mail the Permissions Form (PDF)
Register online for classes.

My child is entering 4th - 8th grade next fall and has NOT attended World of Wonder as a 4th - 8th grader.
I need to:
Complete and mail the Permissions Form (PDF)
Complete and mail the Eligibility Form (PDF) including required supporting documents.
