Business Management and Administration
Welcome to the Department of Business Management and Administration at Bradley University's Foster College of Business Administration. The Department of Business Management and Administration offers high quality programs related to management, or the “art of getting things done through people.” Managing involves planning, leading, organizing, and controlling activities to attain the goals of the business organization. Our programs provide a solid grounding in the skills and concepts necessary to navigate the complex challenges of the manager’s role and concentrate on developing the problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills essential for leading an organization.

- Real Business Experience - Every one of our majors gets experience consulting for a business client. Student Learning. Our students get a wide variety of learning experiences in which they apply knowledge to business problems, hear from business leaders, and interact in project teams.
- Opportunities after Graduation - The department has had a high placement rate, even in a down economy. Most students choose to enter the business world, some students work for not-for-profits, some pursue graduate school, and some have gone on to start their own businesses.

Business plan competition underway
The sixth annual Project Springboard Business Plan Competition is in full swing. Twenty teams submitted an executive summary for the first round of judging, and 14 teams successfully moved to round two. -
