Dr. Maillacheruvu receives the 2010 Putnam Award for Teaching Excellence

August 15, 2010

Throughout his 13 years at Bradley, Dr. Maillacheruvu has consistently received outstanding student course evaluations. His teaching impacts students during their tenure on campus and in their subsequent careers as well, as they stay in touch with him and seek his guidance. His teaching extends beyond the classroom through his service with the Global Explorer Program and as an advisor to student professional organizations. In addition, his scholarship is focused on expanding students’ horizons in their field of interest. Over the years, he has supervised many graduate student research projects, produced quality publications in prestigious journals, and participated in major conferences.  And recently, his scholarly pursuits have resulted in the production of his first co-authorship of a new textbook.
