ACS Collegiate Scholastic Award
In 1951, the Heartland Section, formerly Peoria Section, of the American Chemical Society founded the Collegiate Scholastic Award to promote interest in the profession of chemistry, and to recognize outstanding ability and performance at the undergraduate level. Member schools of the Heartland Section are Bradley University, Eureka College, Illinois College, Illinois State University, Illinois Wesleyan University, Knox College and MacMurray College.
