Engineering Physics

The Division of Engineering Physics (EPH) is a new initiative at Bradley created to provide opportunities for students in the Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology to study introductory and advanced topics in applied physics, including the important burgeoning areas of nanoscience and nanotechnology.  As engineering is the embodiment of the practical application of physical principles, it is important for engineering students to experience extended exposure to the scientific bases for their chosen discipline.  The Division aims to provide such exposure for students  through the introductory “Physics for Engineers” course sequence, advanced electives in applied physics, and involvement in collaborative faculty-student research projects.
