Teaching

Dr. Perry has been a member of the Foster College of Business since 1984. She teaches Legal Environment of Business [BLW 342], Real Estate Law [BLW 395], and Employment Law [BLW 446].  She received the Foster College of Business Innovation in Teaching Award in August 2009; the Bradley University Parents' Association Certificate of Merit in April 2005; and the Alpha Kappa Psi and Phi Chi Theta Teaching Award in 1989.

Scholarship

Dr. Perry has published over 30 refereed journal articles in outlets including the Journal of Law and Family Studies, Labor Law Journal, Journal of Individual Employment Rights, The CPA Journal, Journal of Business and Accounting, University of La Verne Law Review, Journal of Academic Administration in Higher Education, College and University, Journal of Small Business Strategy, Journal of Legal Studies Education, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Technology Transfer, Industrial Management, Trial, and the Illinois Bar Journal.  She received the Foster College of Business National Council of Advisors Research Award in 1989.  Her current research interests include mandated family mediation, the subject of her last sabbatical leave.
