Arabic
Beginning and Intermediate Modern Standard Arabic courses are offered in a two-year sequence.
Chinese
Beginning and Intermediate Mandarin Chinese courses are offered in a two-year sequence.
French
We offer a variety of courses in French language, French and Francophone culture and civilization, translation, phonetics, conversation, literature, and business French for students at all levels, both majors and non-majors.
German
Students are offered courses in German language, literature, composition, conversation, German culture and civilization, and commercial German. Students are encouraged to take part in a Study Abroad experience through one of our partner programs in Vienna, Heidelberg or Dresden.
Hebrew
Beginning and Intermediate courses in Modern Israeli Hebrew are offered in a two-year sequence.
Spanish
Courses in Spanish language, composition, conversation, literature, Peninsular & Latin American culture and civilization, translation, phonetics, and commercial Spanish are available for students at all levels, both majors and non-majors.
