ABET Accreditation
The Mechanical Engineering program at Bradley is accredited by the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET).
The Bradley University Mechanical Engineering department was first accredited in 1951. Since its inception, the faculty have worked to develop an ME program that is current, comprehensive, and meets the needs of our constituents (students, alumni, and employers).
For the program to fulfill its mission, it has to have carefully defined program objectives and program outcomes that support those objectives. The Mechanical Engineering Program Mission and Objectives are naturally related to the Bradley University Mission Statement.
