BNSA Charity Dance benefits Women's Center for the Prevention of Abuse
February 24, 2011
The Bradley Nursing Student Association danced the night away at Markin Performance Court on February 18 to raise money for Peoria’s Women’s Center for the Prevention of Abuse.
Over 70 Nursing majors and their guests turned up for music, dancing, and snacks. DJ Mark McIntire of Top Hat Productions kept an energetic atmosphere with a mix of modern music and classics from the 1980s and ’90s, like Spice Girls and Michael Jackson.
Brandy Belling, the BNSA’s senior philanthropist, said this was the first BNSA event of its kind, but the group is already looking forward to hosting another dance.
