The Bradley University Department of Nursing held a senior recognition ceremony for 8 graduating accelerated BSN students.  Students also received their nursing pin as part of the ceremony.  These students are the third cohort of Bradley's very successful accelerated nursing program.

The pinning portion of the ceremony is a time honored tradition in the nursing profession.  Pinning is a symbolic gesture where students are presented with their nursing pin on behalf of the faculty to welcome them into the profession.  The Bradley Nursing Pin symbolizes the history of Bradley University and creates a connection between the graduating nurse and the comprehensive baccalaureate education they received while on the Hilltop.
