BU DPT Video Featured on EIM Blog

June 30, 2011

As an assignment in the eight-week course on the spine, second year DPT students David Bokermann, James Boland, Jessica Chesnut, and Dana Graves produced a video to educate the public on the evidence-based approach to treating back pain. Course instructors Joe Kelly and Cheryl Sparks assign the students to produce educational materials for the public on the proper care for problems related to the spine. Students work in groups to develop print or video products designed to promote back care that is based on evidence. Evidence in Motion, a private company that serves to elevate the physical profession by promoting the use of evidence in clinical practice posted the student's video on the Evidence in Motion blog.
