Housing for DPT Students
Bradley University and the Department of Physical Therapy and Health Science do not provide or assist with graduate student housing. Housing arrangements are the responsibility of the student. Once accepted you will be asked if you would like to have your contact information placed on a Facebook page maintained by the department in order to ask current students about housing and/or arrange roommates with incoming students.

St. James Apartment Complex). Bradley University owns and operates this off-campus apartment community. The St. James Complex is a 16-building residential complex for Bradley University’s upper-class students (those having completed four semesters of study). The development offers affordable student housing and is within easy walking distance to campus. Student Apartment Complex (SAC) Bradley University owns and operates a 100-unit apartment building located right behind the parking deck on campus. The units are unfurnished and consist of a bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. Rent is charged through the Bradley University Billing System. The rental agreement for the apartment is for a full calendar year; exceptions may be made to accommodate leases for a semester or academic year. Main Street Commons is a five-story 197-bed amenity-rich student housing development located just one block from campus.
