About our Department
The Bradley University Psychology Department is dedicated to excellence in teaching and research. The Department is nationally recognized by the American Psychological Association and by The International Honor Society in Psychology for involving students in activities outside of the classroom that enliven and enrich their education. We feature practicum and research opportunities in medical, judicial, and business settings. Alumni have attained excellence in a diverse array of career paths in areas related to social service, medicine, law, education, and business. Mission Statement
The Bradley University Department of Psychology is a collegial, intellectual community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni who:
- promote the comprehension and application of scientific inquiry to enduring and emergent questions of psychology.
- conduct collaborative scholarship and empirical research that advances the discipline.
- cultivate exceptional quantitative, analytic, and communicative skills, an engaged curiosity toward learning, and a broad and multi-faceted perspective of the world.
