Graduate School Dean Jeffrey Bakken will present some important information and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Please RSVP by e-mailing Darlene Jacobs at djacobs@fsmail.bradley.edu. All graduate students with assistantships are expected to attend, including those with continuing GAs.

Graduate Assistantship Guidelines

All Graduate Assistants should read the Graduate Assistantship Guidelines.  These guidelines provide important information on university policies and procedures.

Payroll Dates

Graduate assistants are paid every two weeks in equally divided paychecks throughout the semester.  The specific payroll dates change each semester.  You can find the payroll dates for students on the Controller's Office web site at http://www.bradley.edu/controller/. The graduate assistant payroll dates for 2015-16 are listed below:

Please note: Bradley does not issue GA paychecks between Dec. 18, 2015 and Feb. 12, 2016, so please plan your budget accordingly.

Your GA start date is stated in your award letter. You are expected to report to your supervisor on or before that date and have the necessary paperwork completed in the Payroll Office by then.

The end date for Fall 2015 is Saturday, Dec. 19 and for Spring 2016, it is Saturday, May 14. You are not expected to work after Dec. 19 until your Spring semester start date.
