Undergraduate Research

The Student Scholarship Exhibition

Students present projects on everything from small boutique-store design to the effects of protein and carbohydrate intake on muscle accretion during strength training.  The voluntary competition is stiff—and fun.

Mildred Arnold Scholars Program

Provides scholarships for selected students to conduct this kind of research.   This gives a graduate a strong edge in today's job market.   This department is one of 26 universities that are members of a national consortium of universities called the Undergraduate Research Community. <more
