Dr. Molly Cluskey is the associate chairperson of the Department of
Nursing. She teaches leadership and management to senior nursing
students and guides clinical experiences for students in community
settings. She is also a member of the graduate faculty, teaching
nursing theory and guiding graduate student research. Currently,
Dr. Cluskey is collaborating on research related to health needs and
health promotion in medically underserved populations in the Peoria
area.
Background
Dr. Cluskey joined the Bradley University faculty in 1998. Her
prior clinical experiences included employment with the State of Virginia
Public Health Department and the Department of Health in the state
of Florida. She is a member of the Head Start Advisory Committee,
Peoria County Breast and Cervical Cancer Advisory Committee, Tazewell
County Breast and Cervical Cancer Advisory Committee, and OSF St.
Francis Medical Center Fertility Care Center Advisory Board.
She volunteers at the Heartland Community Health Clinic in Peoria.
She is a fellow in the Fuld Leadership for Academic Nursing Programs.
Degrees & Certification
Dr. Cluskey is a Bradley University alum, receiving her BSN in 1977.
She received her MSN (1997) and DNSc (1999) from The Catholic
University of America in Washington, D.C. |
