Attachments
may include Microsoft Word documents, spreadsheets, images, or any
other type of file that you wish to include. If you don't
use Microsoft Word, you will need to reformat your document as *.rtf.
It is recommended that you disable any pop-up blocking software
that may be activated before attempting to upload attachments.
- Click the
edit link that corresponds with the
section that you would like to edit.
- Click the
Edit Attachments link. A new
window will open which will allow you to browse for the material
you wish to attach.
- Click the
Browse... button.
- Locate the
file on your computer that you wish to attach.
- Click the
Attach button. While the file is uploading,
you will see a status bar indicator.
- When the
upload process is complete, click the Finish
button.
Keep
in mind that you can add up to ten attachments to your section by
repeating the steps listed above. If you need to add more
than ten attachments, create an additional Text & Image section.
Or simply compress your file (with multiple documents) by right
clicking your mouse and select "Compress to filename.zip".
You will then just attach compressed file which will save time.
Removing
Attachments
- Click the
edit link that corresponds with the
section that you would like to edit.
- Click the
Edit Attachments link. A new window will open.
- Click the
remove link that corresponds to the
attachment you wish to delete.
- Once the
file is removed, click the Finish button.
