Dr. Uskov has received numerous honors and accomplishments in his career but most recently he has been named the IEEE Senior Member, a Member of the Executive Board of the IEEE Technical Committee on Learning Technology, chair of 2 annual international conferences -- WBE and CATE, the Editor-in-Chief of the international journal on Advanced Technology for Learning, a member of editorial boards for three international referred journals on Web-based education, and a Keynote Presenter at five international conferences: 33rd IGIP/IEE/ASEE Congress on Engineering Education in Switzerland, World e-Learning Forum and Expo in Tokyo, Japan, international conference on Advances in Computer Science in Mexico City, Mexico, e-Learn international expo at Moscow, Russia, and Future e-Learning international conference in Turkey. Dr. Uskov received numerous grants in Web-Based Education and e-Learning from the National Science Foundation (NSF), Microsoft Corp., and various governmental institutions including the NSF projects ## 0420506, 0196015, 0002219 and 9950029.
