Dr. Charles Bukowski is a professor and the Director in the Institute.
His areas of interest include: Eastern and Central European
international relations; the problems of post-socialist states; the
former Yugoslavia; and the challenges of democratic transitions from
authoritarian rule. He is a former Fulbright Lecturer to Slovenia and
is faculty advisor to the
Sigma Iota Rho Honor Society for International Studies. His most recent
publication is “Slovenian Foreign Policy toward Serbia:
Reclaiming the Past."
