Dr. Jeanie Bukowski is an associate professor in the Institute. Her
areas of interest include: West European international relations;
European Union affairs; Spanish government, politics, and foreign
policy; and trans-border resource issues. She was a Fulbright Senior
Research Scholar in Spain during 2006-07. In 2001 she received the
Caterpillar New Faculty Achievement Award for Teaching. Her most recent
publication is “Spanish Water Policy and the National
Hydrological Plan: An Advocacy Coalition Approach to Policy Change."
