Dr. Huffcutt has been at Bradley University since 1992 and is a Full Professor and Assistant Chair of the Psychology Department. His current research interests include understanding how well employment interviews predict performance on the job, identifying what characteristics interviews actually measure, assessing the influence of “interviewee performance” (for example, image enhancement tactics) on the ratings, and investigating alternate ways to design and conduct structured interviews. Dr. Huffcutt teaches Principles of Psychology, Quantitative Methods, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, and Intermediate Statistics.
