No cases were brought before the Committee this year. The Committee met just once, to discuss its charge and elect a chair. There was some other minor business which we handled by e-mail. It consisted of answering questions about due process and the role of the Committee.

RE:	Annual Report
This Committee is supposed to meet with the Provost once a year to discuss retirement policy. In view of the fact that we changed Provosts in the middle of the year, and in view of the fact that the Contractual Arrangements Committee was quite active this year and addressed some issues related to retirement, we did not meet at all.
