RE:	Annual Report
The Affirmative Action Committee has experienced a quiet semester after a number of more active periods. Especially due to highly disparate schedules, only one meeting was held. This meeting was held jointly with the Admissions and Retention Committee. The committees agreed to seek creation of a formal joint sub-committee. The proposal has been submitted to the Senate Executive Committee for review and action. The Committee plans to continue its rotation of reviews of action by the various units of the University over the next two years. This becomes more important with the number of new deans as well as new Committee members.
