RE: Semi-Annual Report of the Senate Committee on Curriculum and
Regulations
The Committee met on November 9 and December 14 and conducted its
usual activities of reviewing additions, modifications, and deletions
of courses. There was one concentration modification in Journalism.
- The addition of Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Montpellier,
France to the list of Bradley University Directed Study Abroad
programs/institutions was approved as well as the addition of
Syracuse University Program in Madrid, Spain.
- The motion to accept no grades of D from other
institutions was approved.
- Revisions to the western civilization category of general
education were approved.
- A proposal for revisions to the non-western category of
general education was sent back to the subcommittee for further
revisions and/or recommendations.
