Faculty Handbook's Statement on Committee Membership
"The Committee on Honorary Degrees shall consist of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs who shall serve as Chairperson; two academic deans; and four full-time faculty members recommended by the Executive Committee and approved by the Senate for two-year staggered terms. "
