Student Center

Sisson Hall

The Robert H. Michel Student Center

The Student Center, built in 1958, underwent renovation in 1989 as part of the Campaign for Bradley capital campaign. The project included the conversion of two floors of the adjacent Sisson Hall to space for student organization offices and the construction of an atrium between the existing Student Center and Sisson Hall as well as extensive remodeling of the existing center. The Student Center features a cafeteria, a formal dining room, a 220-seat auditorium, a 500-seat ballroom, a food court, and meeting and study rooms.

In May of 1999, the Student Center was named in honor of Congressman Robert H. Michel '48, who represented the 18th Congressional District in Illinois from 1956 until his retirement in 1994.
