Registration forms are available online or in the Campus Recreation Office, Markin Center 120.

• Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, September 12
• Divisions:  Men's & Women's
• Skill Levels:  A - Competitive, B - Intermidiate, C - Recreational
• Entry Fee:  $15 per team
