Registration forms are available online or in the Campus Recreation Office, Markin Center 120.

• Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, October 31
• Divisions:  Men, Women, CoRec
• Skill Levels:  A - Competitive, B - Intermediate, C - Recreational
• Entry Fee:  $15 per Team
• Captain's Meeting:  Monday, November 5 @ 4:00 PM, Markin Center 38
