Registration forms are available online or in the Campus Recreation Office, Markin Center 120.

• Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, October 17
• Event Date and Time:  TBA
• Divisions:  Men, Women, CoRec - Singles and Doubles
• Skill Levels:  A - Competitive, B - Intermediate, C - Recreational
• Entry Fee:  $2 per Person
