Registration forms are available online or in the Campus Recreation Office, Markin Center 120.
- Registration Deadline: Wednesday, September 26
- Schedules Available: Monday, October 1
- Divisions: Men, Women, CoRec
- Skill Levels: A - Competitive, B - Intermediate, C - Recreational
- Entry Fee: $20 per team
- Captain's meeting: Monday, October 1 @ 4:30 PM, Markin Center 38
