Fall 2016 Formal Recruitment Registration: Open April 2016!
Joining a Panhellenic organization is a great way to get involved, make life-long friends, and further develop your leadership skills. Over 600 women have chosen to join a sorority at Bradley University, representing almost 30% of the campuses undergraduate female population!
You can join a Panhellenic organization through the either formal recruitment early in the fall semester, or informal recruitment throughout the year.
Formal Recruitment takes place over the course of one weekend in the fall semester. During the formal recruitment process, potential new members are introduced to each chapter and get the opportunity to find an organization that is the right fit for them. Through a process of mutual selection, the potential new member narrows down her options over the course of three rounds. It is the goal of Bradley's Panhellenic Council to find a home for every woman interested in joining a sorority.
Chapters who are eligible may participate in informal recruitment throughout the year. Unlike formal recruitment, the informal process allows for potential new members to spend more time getting to know the women in each chapter in a relaxed atmosphere. Informal recruitment is ideal for women who did not participate in formal recruitment in the fall, or want a more laid-back recruitment experience. If you are interested in participating in informal recruitment, please complete the recruitment interest form.
