Bradley University owns and operates this 100-unit apartment building located behind the parking deck on campus. The units are unfurnished and consist of a bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. The students who rent apartments make their own arrangements for electric services and rent is charged through the Bradley University Billing System. The rental agreement for the apartment is for a full calendar year; exceptions may be made to accomodate leases for a semester or academic year.

Cost

Student Apartment Complex Cost for 2012-2013 is $740 per month plus electric. Please contact Ameren Cilco at 1-888-672-5252 to set-up your electric account.  The full cost of a 9 month lease (full school year) is $6,660.

All SAC apartments are furnished with:

  • Electric stove (apartment sized)
  • Refrigerator (apartment sized)
  • Heating/Air-conditioning units (student's responsibility for electric bill)
  • High speed internet service
  • Cable television service ( internet and cable included in rent)
