The Center prides itself on providing many leadership development opportunities to our students, and our list of programs keeps growing each year! The Leadership and Service Fellows program strives to instill leadership skills and civic responsibility in its members through a comprehensive college experience. Each year, 15 freshman are selected as Fellows.
LINCS is a capstone leadership program for Bradley seniors. LINCS facilitates various leadership workshops on campus and organizes and leads TEAM Bradley.

The LLF is a floor for freshmen women within University Hall focused on providing floor programs focused on leadership, service, and social development.
A partnership with the College of Education and Health Sciences, this minor complements every major on campus and provides students with the skills necessary to be a leader in your profession.
BU Elite is a leadership retreat held in January of each year. It’s available to all students interested in developing their leadership skills and networking with other student leaders.
