Phi President: M. Michael Knoblauch-Damery
| Michael
was graduated in 1998 from Illinois State University
with a major in secondary education with an emphasis in social science.
She began teaching at Peoria Notre Dame High School for two and a
half years. In the fall of 2002, Michael decided to further her education and
started graduate school at Bradley. Last fall, she did her internship
at Metamora High School and was graduated with the May class of 2005. In
the fall, Michael will begin her counseling career as a school counselor at
Washington High School. In addition to being a school counselor, she will also
be the advisor for Snowball at the high school. |

Michael
has been married for 6 years to her husband, Tim. Tim teaches third grade and
also coaches grade school boy's basketball and track. Michael and Tim have one
child, Drew, who turned 5 years-old in August. In her spare time,
Michael enjoys running long distances and plans to prepare for another
half-marathon. She is hoping it will be easer since she will not be
attending class at night!
Michael
is very excited to begin a time of new beginnings in her life as she starts her
school counseling career and has this opportunity to serve on the board of CSI.
