Joel has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the oldest college in Tennessee, Tusculum College (he's a red neck). He began Human Development Counseling at Bradley in September of 2000. He just completed degree work in July and is awaiting for the paper to come back. Joel will be working part time at the Antioch Group in Peoria seeing a wide range of clients.
Joel has an interest in Traumatology and PTSD. Joel works full-time at Caterpillar University as the process owner for the Global Career Development Process and the Caterpillar Education Assistance Plan.
